GLOBAL LUMORA

Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy explains information that may be processed when you visit Global Lumora or contact us. The local development site is intended for testing. Review this policy before any public launch and update it to match the services actually enabled.

Information We Collect

When you send the contact form, you provide your name, email address, subject and message. WordPress processes this information to send an email to the site administrator or configured contact; the form does not create a public post. Routine web-server logs may include an IP address, request path, date, browser user agent and response status.

Technical and Diagnostic Data

The browser diagnostic displays timing and limited browser information in your browser. A same-origin request may be present in routine server logs. This version does not save diagnostic results to a dedicated database or transmit them to a third-party analytics service. Network information available to the web server can include IP address; device and browser information may be inferred from normal request headers.

Cookies and Analytics

WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator login and site operation. Optional analytics IDs are blank by default and no Meta Pixel or Google Analytics script loads unless an administrator configures an ID and obtains applicable consent. Any future third-party tracking must be disclosed here before use.

How Information Is Used

We use contact details to respond to messages and technical records to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site. Browser results are presented to the visitor for educational use.

Data Retention

Server logs and contact emails are retained according to the hosting and mailbox settings in use. A specific retention period has not yet been established for a production service. Contact the configured email address for a retention inquiry.

Third-Party Services

The local WordPress stack uses WordPress and MariaDB. Site administrators may later enable email delivery, analytics or hosting services; this policy must then identify those providers and relevant data flows.

Security

We use standard WordPress access controls and form validation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive credentials or financial information through the contact form.

User Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you. Contact us using the configured contact details or contact form.

Contact

Use the contact page for privacy questions. A direct email address appears there when an administrator has configured it.
