Description of Services
Global Lumora provides research content, educational information, technical simulations and browser-based infrastructure testing tools. Features may change as the project develops.
Research and Testing Environment
Research is provided for general education. Browser observations can vary by device and connection. Simulation values are illustrative assumptions unless explicitly identified as measured data. Neither constitutes a service-level guarantee or production infrastructure benchmark.
Permitted Use
You may read, link to and use the site for lawful personal or professional learning, subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Use
Do not interfere with site availability, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, misuse the contact form or represent simulated outputs as verified production performance.
Promotional Credits
The beta program describes a possible $11 Active Bonus Credit for eligible accounts that complete browser verification and launch the cloud simulator, subject to applicable program terms. A visit or local diagnostic does not grant a credit. Eligibility, availability, expiration and redemption terms must be confirmed before any credit is awarded. Simulation credits, when identified as such, have no cash value and are not an investment or financial product. The site must not describe real cash rewards as simulation credit.
Service Availability
The site and tools may be interrupted for maintenance or development. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Intellectual Property
Site text, design and code are protected by applicable rights. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on hosting, email or analytics providers. Their own terms may also apply when those services are enabled.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the content and tools are provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, fitness or uninterrupted operation. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to Services
We may modify or discontinue features. Material changes should be explained on the site.
Changes to Terms
Updated terms will be posted here with their effective date when a production policy is finalized. Continued use after an update may be subject to the revised terms where permitted by law.
